Meet Chef Dara Thach
Dara completed his management degree at Ohio State and then had several job opportunities in Boston, California, Florida as both a manager and a chef. He was also the chef at the Ritz Carlton in Clayton and the Busch’s Grove in Ladue, a restaurant that was named 'Best Restaurant' in the Midwest before it shut down in 2008.
'I’m always trying something new. Management wasn’t challenging me anymore, so I tried cooking. And that’s when I became passionate about food,'
